The New Berlin Elementary School project included a successful referendum campaign coordination followed by the design and construction of a new 90,000 s.f. elementary school building. The new elementary school houses early childhood, kindergarten, and general purpose classrooms, administration, special ed., new athletic, labratory, and academic facillities. Many sustainable features were included in the design of this building, including geothermal heating and cooling system and an Energy Star white roof system.
